- Some notions of microeconomics
- Article 101 TFEU (agreements and other collusive practices)
- Article 102 TFEU (abuse of dominance)
- CL and the digital economy: how well is CL equipped to deal with anticompetitive conduct in the digital economy?
- The rules for the application of articles 101 and 102 TFEU: Regulation 1/2003.
